Gavin was born and raised in the hill country and lives in Boerne, Texas. He learned the appreciation of land stewardship on his family’s ranches. If there were not a sporting event on weekends, Gavin and his family would load up and go to their family ranch. This is where he learned to love the land, how to raise animals, build fences, work ethic, and a passion for hunting and fishing. Growing up an athlete and avid outdoorsman is what led him to Lindenwood University. At Lindenwood, Gavin was on the shotgun team and helped lead them to 2 national championships. Through college in the summers and after graduating from Lindenwood, Gavin managed a ranch in South Texas, where he acquired more knowledge of ranching and operation in the following years.

Gavin’s honesty, dependability, and hard work make him a valuable asset to his clients. Whether you are looking for the perfect ranch, to build their dream home, or to find their dream home, he will go above and beyond.

What makes us different?

Texas Ranch Kings does more.

The Texas rural real estate market is full of great people, educated and knowledgeable in all-things real estate; but that is not enough in today’s competitive market. Beautiful websites and countless photos flood print magazines and Facebook, but rarely do you find a brokers strategy incorporate technology that can find buyers specific to a particular property. Texas Ranch Kings does this and more. Not only can we identify these buyers, but we can also direct your property to them in ways they don’t even realize. Repetitive, effective, eye-catching and informative ads through thousands of digital media outlets spread your listing to qualified buyers who have already expressed interest in purchasing land. Our marketing efforts focus on events, locations, searches and even buying patterns of those who want to buy properties that match their hobbies and passions. Texas Ranch Kings and its clients capitalize on this information, putting us in the best position to sell your listing.

In addition to our industry leading marketing efforts, Texas Ranch Kings include a variety of sources to better inform our clients about the properties we represent and show our buyers. Each property is reviewed by a GIS software known as LandID, providing reliable overlays for each parcel from wetlands and flood zones to topographical mapping and pipelines. Texas Ranch Kings has also incorporated an intelligent data platform offering potential royalty income derived from your land resources- minerals to wind. Today’s recreational ranch owner sees his revenue streams differently than the traditional cattleman, but here at Texas Ranch Kings we speak “beef” as well. From regenerative farming to traditional livestock ranching-we are prepared to help you make informed investments in your production and facilities. Ranch management and consulting is available on a case-by-case basis for those needing the help.
